RIYooo Returns & Refunds Policy

We keep it simple — no games, no runaround. If there's an issue, we've got your back. Here's the deal 👇

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After that, we won’t be able to accept it.

2. How to Return
We don’t provide prepaid labels or return codes (yet).
Ship the item back to our return center using any carrier you prefer.
Please include your order number + name inside the package.
(The return address will be sent via email.)
Important: After shipping, email us your tracking number — otherwise, we can’t identify your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our fault (wrong item, damaged, incorrect size): We cover all costs.

  • Your choice (fit issues, change of mind): You cover return shipping, and original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

4. Return Conditions
We only accept items that are new, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached.
Keep it as fresh as you got it.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Belts, accessories, and socks: Final sale.
Shoes: Indoor try-on only. If soles show signs of wear, they can’t be returned.

6. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return,
we’ll process your refund in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.

7. Heads Up
Do not send returns to the sender address on your package — that’s not our return center.
We’re not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
